Customer Service Representatives for the Eagle Card Center (Part-time)


Assists in daily the operations of the Eagle Card Center by advising, informing students/parents and staff regarding the benefits and functions of the I.D. card.

Requires High School diploma or GED and six months to one year exposure to cash handling and computers.   Good customer service, mathematical, attention to details, experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, and people skills a must.  Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing, work well under stress, and handle situations dealing with upset individuals. Must be able to make quick decisions and do multitasking. Bookkeeping background preferred.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS will include but not be limited to: sitting, standing, and stooping, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting of upper body, and manual dexterity for operation of office machines and/or equipment.  Vision to include near, far, color, visual accommodation, and also good hearing.

Part-time normal hours are: Monday Friday, 9:00am 3:00pm.  Full-time hours during Registration periods.
