Administrative Secretary -CityPlex Towers

A Brief Overview:

Provides secretarial and clerical support to the department. Some duties include distributing leases and amendments to ORU, greeting guests, answers phones, issuing purchase and work orders, maintaining log books, and ordering supplies.

A Brief Overview:

The Administrative Secretary will provide departmental support to the Executive Director and the Administrative Assistant.

Duties include compiling, creating and shipping conference & seminar materials/packets, including scheduled events during the school year and the annual conference and accreditation meetings. As well as managing membership process including renewals and registrations.  This position will also receive, record, and follow-up on the payment of dues and fees, submission of annual reports, and other communication as needed, as well as various other receptionist/secretarial duties as assigned.

A Brief Overview:

Assisting in daily operations of the Eagle Card & Telephone Center by advising, informing students/parents and staff regarding the benefits and functions of the I.D. card. This position will last from 08/08/2014-08/13/2014.

A Brief Overview:

Assists in the daily operations of the Eagle Card Center, Telephone Center, and Student Health departments.  Operates the University switchboard, performs clerical duties, data entry of medical records, and daily reconciliation and reports.  Assists in the Campus Operations and Auxiliary Services offices as needed.

This position is generally scheduled for Monday Friday 9:00am 1:00 pm.  Hours may vary occasionally.

         Ability to work independently.

         Real world examples of cash handling, data entry and other clerical duties.

         High School Diploma or GED.

Front Desk Lead Attendant for Aerobics Center

A Brief Overview:

The primary function and purpose of this position is to provide reception support for the Aerobics Center, to assist with clerical support for the Aerobics Center Director and to manage the front desk operations to manage the front desk operations and to ensure the comfort and safety of all patrons.   This position will manage all aspects of the front desk, including greeting all people entering the building, communicating with staff workers, checking out facility equipment, and other duties assigned.
